Do I have to pay every month?
No. Every package is a one-time setup. If you want ongoing help, there are two optional monthly add-ons: a website care plan and social media management. Just ask for pricing.
What does it cost?
It depends on what you need. A small business website can cost up to $15,000, and every package here costs a fraction of that, even All-in-One. Book a free 15-minute call and I'll give you an exact price on the spot. No pressure and no obligation.
Are there any other costs?
Only your domain name (your web address), if your package includes a website. It renews once a year for a small fee, paid directly to the domain company. Google profiles and social media accounts are free. I'll go over every cost on our call before you pay anything.
Who owns the website and accounts?
You do. Everything is set up in your name with your email, so you're never locked in to me or anyone else.
How long does it take?
Within 14 days of our first call, once I have your photos and your approval on the design. Google's own verification step for your Business Profile can sometimes add a few days on their end.
I'm not good with technology. Is that a problem?
Not at all. I do the technical work. When it's done, a 30-minute training call walks you through running everything yourself, at your pace. You also get a one-page cheat sheet.
Will you post on my accounts for me?
The setup packages get everything ready and teach you to run it yourself. If you'd rather I manage your accounts every month, add Social Media Management.
Do I need to take photos or videos?
A few phone photos of your work, your team, and your shop or truck are enough. I'll send you a short, simple list. In New York, Los Angeles, or Miami, I can also come shoot in person.
I already have a website or a Facebook page. Can you work with that?
Yes. I can rebuild an outdated website and clean up the accounts you already have, so you keep your followers and reviews.
Do you work outside New York?
Yes. I work with businesses across the country by phone and Zoom. I'm based in New York and I'm in Los Angeles and Miami often, so in-person shoots are easy in all three. Somewhere else and want a shoot? We can make it happen, with travel quoted separately.
